Surgical procedures, falls/incidents, strokes and other traumatic events can be life altering, and in some cases these events can cause a patient to be temporarily, or permanently homebound. In those cases our nurses, therapists and home health aides are ready to serve you, often within 24 – 48 hours after referral is made an assessment can be completed.
